As my guest, you have access to the entire unit! NO KEYS, NO HASSLE: The home features a Smart Lock for hassle-free check-in and check-out. On your stay's start date, you'll receive a guest code to unlock the front door.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with fridge, stove, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available. AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. PARKING: Available in the parking lot in front of the apartment building or on the side of the building. Please be mindful of other guests when parking. WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience. TVs: Smart TV with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Other Details to Note

CHECKOUT: Guests are responsible for taking out their trash, collecting and starting the towels in the washer, and washing/putting away used dishes. Please feel free to bring disposable paper goods if you prefer. If you are unwilling to complete checkout tasks, please do not book our property. HOUSE RULES: By booking, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to follow the house rules during your stay. Failure to abide by house rules may result in penalties, including additional charges. ACCURATE GUEST COUNT: Please enter the exact number of guests for your reservation—we expect honesty and compliance with our House Rules.
