We were in town for a big dog show, and the location of the house was only 12 minutes from the show grounds. Perfect! The bedrooms are spacious, we felt so spoiled having so much more room than we needed. Beds were comfy, everything was easy to find, we were able to settle in quickly. The backyard is a nice size, too, plenty of room for our standard poodles to unwind and play after long show days. There are a couple of hazards: a weird bit of rebar sticking a few inches up on the patio, a large thorny plant, and lots of sharp pecan shells from the tree. But that being said, it was still a great place to rest when we were all so tired. The only thing I would change would be to add a non-slip mat to the blue bathtub-- it's very slippery and scared me a bit. Over all, 10/10.

We found this air bnb to be one of the best experiences. Check in was easy as instructions were clear. The home has a great layout and it was very clean. The tv with remote in the living room had several options to watch….which was great. The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. We also walked to the lake/park and enjoyed it very much. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay for our trip to Lubbock. Home was just as described, not fancy & new, but was clean, cozy & well worth the budget friendly pricing. Neighbors were friendly when we saw them outside & was just a short walk to a nice park.

Had a great stay with K.T during our trip to Lubbock. The host was very helpful and communicated instructions clearly. The house was clean, well-stocked, and centrally located in Lubbock so we could get to all our destinations within a 15-minute drive. 10/10, would stay again!

We enjoy staying at any of k. t. s homes. They are such a good value! K. T. is a great host, great communicator, and knows what's important to his guests. His homes are always our first pick if there's one available. This particular home had everything anyway would need to just relax. great showers, comfy beds, all necessary amenities.

Had everything we needed during our stay, and was convenient. It’s not located in the best area in Lubbock, but we felt safe and secure during our stay. The unit was also bigger than expected and a very good stay for the price! The host was also very extensive and responsive!

K.T.'s place is as described, very quiet area plenty of space in every room, very clean and welcoming. As I was using his place for just over night stay while briefly in Lubbock for the value it's well worth it. I was very pleased with K.T.'s place and recommend it for anyone needing short term private rental space that is a better value than most hotels. I would /will definitely look to rent K.T.'s space in the future.

K.T. was a wonderful host with a perfect property. the place was exactly as described, a great deal, centrally located, and very spacious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when I come into town.
