Also, this is a great spot to take a walk or take your furry friend for a walk. DRIVING DISTANCE: A prime location to get anywhere quickly and feel comfortable during your stay. Less than five minutes from the mall for shopping and many local (Red Zone Cafe, 50th Street Caboose, Picantes, etc.) and chain restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Cheesecake Factory, Canes, Whataburger, etc.). Marsha Sharp and Loop 289 are also very close, so you can quickly get where you need to go anywhere in or around Lubbock. HOSPITALS: This property is an approximately 5-minute drive to University Medical Center (UMC), Texas Tech University (TTU), Covenant Hospital, and other clinics around Covenant Hospital. The house is a spacious and comfortable 1,396 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home with vinyl floors throughout. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available. AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. PARKING: Available in the covered driveway or on the street. WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests. WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience. TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. CHECKOUT: Guests are responsible for taking out their trash, collecting and starting the towels in the washer, and washing/putting away used dishes. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Bus stops are within walking distance. RIDESHARING: Uber and Lyft are recommended for convenient travel. There is plenty of parking - next to the house on the street, covered parking on the side of the house (2 vehicles), and parking in front of the house on the street. IMPORTANT: Park with the flow of traffic to avoid citations from Lubbock code enforcement.
