We enjoy staying at any of k. t. s homes. They are such a good value! K. T. is a great host, great communicator, and knows what's important to his guests. His homes are always our first pick if there's one available. This particular home had everything anyway would need to just relax. great showers, comfy beds, all necessary amenities.

Had everything we needed during our stay, and was convenient. It’s not located in the best area in Lubbock, but we felt safe and secure during our stay. The unit was also bigger than expected and a very good stay for the price! The host was also very extensive and responsive!

K.T.'s place is as described, very quiet area plenty of space in every room, very clean and welcoming. As I was using his place for just over night stay while briefly in Lubbock for the value it's well worth it. I was very pleased with K.T.'s place and recommend it for anyone needing short term private rental space that is a better value than most hotels. I would /will definitely look to rent K.T.'s space in the future.

K.T. was a wonderful host with a perfect property. the place was exactly as described, a great deal, centrally located, and very spacious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when I come into town.

Great place to stay! Super close to Broadway & CASP! Parking more than 1 car was also super easy - remember this is in Lubbock and there is a homeless shelter nearby however, we did not experience or see anything crazy! I would stay again!

I was delighted to stay in this spacious and clean house. We came for a business trip and the house was perfect for us. I hope to return in the future. Excellent communication and very clear and simple instructions.

This place was exactly what we needed for a long stay in Lubbock. It was spacious and convenient to downtown. The home was very accommodating to our team and KT communicated fast if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Lubbock.
